Dr. nathan ham

Dr. Nathan Ham, DO, FACEP joins Reclaim 611 Board of Directors bringing in a diverse level of experience in healthcare, business acumen, and service in the missionary field. Nathan is an accomplished emergency medicine physician, dedicated husband, father, and passionate real estate investor based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With a commitment to lifelong learning and growth, Nathan embodies the spirit of continuous improvement in both his professional and
personal pursuits.

 

Nathan holds a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University and is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and actively participates in professional
associations such as the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians.

 

As a seasoned professional in emergency medicine, Nathan has most recently served as the Department Chair and Medical Director of Emergency Medicine at Medical City Las Colinas, where he also chaired various committees including: Stroke and Intervention, Infection Control,
Pharmacy and Therapeutics, and was chair member on the Medical Executive Committee for the hospital. His expertise extends to educational leadership, evidenced by his role as Ultrasound Coordinator for Bedside Evaluation at Medical City Dallas and Medical City Las
Colinas.

 

He aims to always embrace continuous growth and learning, striving to discover something new every day about himself and our world through understanding. Education is fundamental to his values, and relationships are central to the process of growth.

In his personal life, Nathan finds joy and inspiration in his wife and their three children, who fuel his continuous pursuit of excellence and personal growth. He finds truth and joy in his personal relationship with Jesus Christ and believes that truth, understanding, and happiness only come from above.

 

Beyond medicine, Nathan is a proactive small business owner and real estate developer, leveraging relationships and partnerships to drive success for both his family and local community. This experience has exposed him to business collaboration and given him direction to help enhance property values and foster community development and
improvements. To him, it is about creating tangible value and leaving a lasting impact on the lives of individuals involved in each transaction.

 

Nathan is deeply involved in community initiatives. He has served on Medical Missions to Egbe, Nigeria as well community outreach missions to Budapest, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Romania. He hopes that serving as a board member with the Reclaim 611 organization will allow him to
bring this combined perspective and experience both in healthcare and mission to better serve our community needs.
